UNITED STATES SHIPPING:
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all domestic customers on any size order. It will include delivery tracking and insurance. On average, orders take up to 3 business days to process and ship from our California warehouse to your delivery address.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday (excludes holidays). All estimated shipping and processing times are in business days (M-F). United States Postal Service (USPS) does not operate on Sunday; Weekend orders will be sent out on the following business day.
We ship Internationally (Worldwide) and currently offer USPS and DHL with delivery tracking. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We offer FREE RETURNS. If you are still not completely satisfied with your products or if you receive a defective item, please send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please note that we cannot refund Express Overnight delivery charges (e.g. USPS Express, DHL Express, FedEx Express).
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to conduct an RMA request. A return shipping label will be provided to you as long as it was purchased from our website. We will refund the cost of the products but we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred when we shipped the product to you.
Exchanges: It's easy to exchange an item if it's defective or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date if you are unsatisfied with your product, in unused condition, with complete original retail packaging.
If you believe you qualify for an exchange or store credit please email us and we will respond by sending you an RMA# and return shipping label (USA customers only; We are not allowed to email return labels internationally. There is a separate process for international customers). Do not attempt to return a product without first contacting us and receiving your RMA number and pre-paid shipping label for tracking purposes.
